Female Capuchin Monkeys Throw Rocks At Potential Sexual Partners

A  specifics group of female capuchin monkeys in northern Brazil have developed a very unusual method of attracting male sexual partners when they’re in heat; they throw rocks at them. Researchers wrote in November’s online journal, PLOS ONE, the practice could mark the evolution of learned behavior, peculiar to one specific group.
